So I found this little gem while tunneling through the world of links that allow this phenomenon to be called the World Wide Web. I was doing some back end work, giving Project Diaspora a facelift. (If you haven’t seen it yet, go check it out, sorry I completely forgot to blog about it, that’s how busy i have been.
Anyway, I started at PD, then I started wondering what my globetrotting Dopplr Chicken friend, El-Oso was up to. I jumped over to his blog, only to jealously find out he was in the Middle East hanging out with Mohammedn. And that Mohammedn had jumped ship the Drupal camp. This got me curious because I’d spent a few few weeks researching upon which platform to launch PD. I was battling back and forth between Joomla and Drupal. I ended dropping both since I really didn’t have the time to mount the learning curve. So while curiously digging through Mohammedn’s posts, I came across the gem above.
So I started watching it, completely disregarding the fact that I was supposed to have gone to work out. Instead I did what I do best, a mash up of two thing that have no business existing in the same space/time continuum…. I watched the entire video, interspersed, of course, with a flurry of sets totaling 120 pushups.
So, in a way, I exersized my brain and my biceps. Who said muscle heads can’t learn a thing or two. Anyway, if you’ve got about an hour to kill, and wanted to learn some social anthropology via You Tube, give it a go. Wether or not you choose to watch it while doing push ups is all up to you…. maybe you can put the whole exercise on You Tube. God forbid…
