Project UMPG

Projects

Uganda Medicinal Plants Growers is an agricultural value-added export business I helped to start in my hometown of Masindi, in Western Uganda. Our main export right now is Moringa. The company has grown slowly since 2008, currently employing a full-time workforce of 8.

UMPG’s goal is to move 1000 farmers to middle-income classification by 2020 by providing access to market for their commercially viable agricultural products. UMPG plans to achieve this through quality, value-added production and export.
